Instead it tries to sell some sort of service called FastPencil. Simple as that. If you are interested and want to learn about their service, buy the book. This is the first book, published on 27th June (got the Kindle version on 30th June). The book lays out the process for publishing on the iPad in very clear steps, in simple language - the absence of expected jargon is such a relief. Besides the valuable insider information (the author is the founder of FastPencil, a self-publishing company) what I liked most about the book is that for every step, the author offers two of the best choices and then, he goes on to not only recommend one of them but explains why he himself chose it in his writing projects. I read the book in one sitting because I couldn't put it down except once for a few minutes for signing up with FastPencil, following the author on Twitter and adding him as a friend on Facebook!
